General terms of sale
In force from 1 November 2026. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These terms govern the services offered by Help Agency Pro, trading name of Archidine ALI, sole trader (EI), registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 983 349 663, SIRET 983 349 663 00028, whose establishment is at 21 place Tolozan, 69001 Lyon (the “Provider”), to its business customers (the “Client”).
The services are reserved for professionals, in particular building tradespeople and contractors. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, which prevail over the Client's purchasing conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 2 – Services
The Provider generates quote requests from people with a building project, through advertising campaigns that it designs, funds and runs (Google Ads, Meta Ads). The trade and the geographical area are defined with the Client before launch.
Each request is qualified (type of work, budget, timing, contact details) and then sent to the Client on WhatsApp. A request is exclusive: it is sent to the Client only and is never resold to any other professional.
Article 3 – Offers and prices
At the date of these terms, the offers are as follows:
| Offer | Content | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Démarrage (Starter) | Pack of 10 requests | €550 |
| Croissance (Growth) | Pack of 30 requests, i.e. €50 per request | €1,500 |
| Domination | Pack of 60 requests, i.e. €45 per request | €2,700 |
Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the CGI). The Growth and Domination offers are available as renewals, after a first order.
The ad budget is included in the price: the Client has no advertising spend to commit.
The Provider may change its offers and prices. New conditions apply to orders placed after their publication, never to a pack in progress.
Article 4 – Order and payment
The order is firm once the Client has accepted the offer and paid the price.
Packs are payable in full when ordering, before the campaigns launch. Payment is made by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer, via the secure payment platform Stripe.
The free 30-minute audit offered on the site does not commit the Client.
Article 5 – Launch and delivery
Campaigns are launched within 48 working hours of payment and receipt of the necessary information (trade, area, WhatsApp number, photos of past work where applicable).
Requests are sent as they come in, as soon as they are qualified. The delivery pace depends in particular on the area, the trade and the season; it is given as an indication.
If the pack is not fully delivered 90 days after launch, the Client may choose to continue delivery or to be refunded for the undelivered requests, at the unit price of their pack.
Article 6 – Replacement guarantee
Any non-compliant request is replaced free of charge. A request is non-compliant if:
- its phone number is invalid, or it remains unreachable after 3 calls over 48 hours;
- it is outside the agreed area, or concerns work outside the agreed trade;
- it duplicates a request already delivered to the Client in the previous 30 days;
- its author states that they made no request.
To be replaced, the request must be reported on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days of delivery, with the reason.
A request is not non-compliant because the prospect does not sign a quote, compares several offers, revises their budget or postpones their project.
Article 7 – Term, cancellation and withdrawal
Each order covers a set pack. It is not a subscription: the contract ends when the last request of the pack is delivered, with no renewal.
The Client may cancel the order before the campaigns launch and receive a full refund. After launch, the pack remains due, subject to articles 5 and 6.
If the contract is concluded off-premises with a Client employing 5 people or fewer, and its subject falls outside the Client's main activity, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period (articles L.221-3 and L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Article 8 – Late payment
In accordance with article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically gives rise, without prior reminder, to:
- late-payment penalties at the rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation, plus 10 percentage points;
- a fixed collection fee of 40 euros.
In the event of non-payment on the due date, the Provider may suspend the delivery of requests.
Article 9 – Client obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate information about their business, service area and past work;
- hold the qualifications and insurance required for the work offered, in particular ten-year liability insurance (décennale) where mandatory;
- contact each request quickly, ideally within 24 hours;
- use the contact details provided only to respond to the prospect's request.
Article 10 – Provider liability
The Provider undertakes to deliver the number of compliant requests set out in the pack ordered.
It does not guarantee signed quotes or turnover, which depend in particular on the Client's responsiveness, prices and competition. Figures quoted on the site or in sales materials illustrate past results and are not a commitment.
The Provider is not liable for decisions of advertising platforms or interruptions of third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, Meta). In the event of a lasting interruption, the period in article 5 is extended accordingly.
In any event, the Provider's liability is limited to the price of the pack concerned. It does not cover indirect losses, such as loss of turnover or customers.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
Ad accounts, campaigns, ads, landing pages and the qualification tools remain the property of the Provider.
The Client authorises the Provider to use their name, logo and the photos of work they provide in the ads, for the duration of the pack. The Client warrants that they hold the rights to this content.
Unless the Client refuses in writing, the Provider may cite their name and results as a commercial reference.
Article 12 – Personal data
The Provider collects prospects' contact details through its forms, as data controller. Prospects are informed that their request will be passed on to a professional in their area, and consent to this.
From receipt of a request, the Client becomes the controller of their own processing of it. The Client undertakes to comply with the GDPR, to use this data only to respond to the prospect, and never to transfer it to a third party.
Article 13 – Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to keep confidential the other party's information it learns during the contract, and for 2 years after it ends.
Article 14 – Force majeure
Neither party can be held liable for a failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 15 – Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the Tribunal des activités économiques of Lyon, including where there are several defendants.
